🔧 What You’ll Do:

As part of our Maintenance Team, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced technicians and leadership to:

• Learn how to maintain and repair facility equipment, systems, and structures

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and building systems

• Assist with inspections and maintenance of refrigeration systems (ammonia, Freon, or CO2)

• Gain experience working with automated equipment and controls (like sensors and switches)

• Operate tools, welding equipment, and lifts (training provided)

• Support your team with additional tasks that help keep the facility running smoothly and safely

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow with a mechanical background. Ideal candidates will have:

• A basic understanding or interest in mechanical systems, tools, or building maintenance

• The ability to follow instructions and work safely with supervision

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in different environments, including cold storage (as low as -20°F) or dry storage (up to 100°F)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools and equipment safely

• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends, if needed

Bonus if you’ve completed a trade school program or have experience in maintenance, warehouse, or mechanical settings!
