Transport Coordinator (Điều phối viên vận tải)

Job Description - Mô tả công việc:

- Search for new customers, advise customers on the company's transportation services: Customs services, port container towing, combined cargo transportation services, transportation of whole cold and dry shipments nationwide

Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, tư vấn cho khách hàng về dịch vụ vận tải của công ty: Dịch vụ hải quan, kéo cont cảng, dịch vụ vận chuyển hàng ghép, vận chuyển nguyên chuyến hàng lạnh và khô toàn quốc.

- Follow up and take care of potential customers

Theo dõi, chăm sóc khách hàng tiềm năng.

- Search for reputable transportation partners with competitive prices

Tìm kiếm đối tác vận tải uy tín, giá cạnh tranh.

- Proactively and independently deal with transport-related risks if they occur.

Chủ động, độc lập xử lý về sự cố rủi ro liên quan đến vận tải nếu xảy ra.

- Complete reports and other requests as assigned by manager.

Thực hiện các báo cáo và yêu cầu khác theo phân công của Quản lý.

Requirements - Yêu cầu:

- Have experience in refrigerated transport (at least 2 years)

Có kinh nghiệm về vận tải hàng lạnh (ít nhất 2 năm),
- Understand the refrigerated transport market, especially the Northern region

Hiểu về thị trường vận tải hàng lạnh, đặc biệt là khu vực phía Bắc,

- Skills in working with customers and vendors

Có kỹ năng làm việc với khách hàng và nhà xe,

- Using office information technology software effectively

Sử dụng thành tạo các phần mềm tin học văn phòng,

- Good English communication, reading and writing skills
