We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Business Intelligence Analytics Manager to join our Analytics team to scale our commercial and internal analytics and reporting capabilities. In this role, you'll work with complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and scale data-driven decision-making across the organization, specifically with our provider and commercial teams.

- In partnership with BI Senior Director, help lead Carrum’s strategy to shift to more scaled, automated, and self-service analytics capabilities
- Prioritize day-to-day analytics tasks for Carrum’s commercial organization (spanning recurring and ad hoc requests) and take lead on the more complex analytical requests
- Project / Product manage larger technological initiatives to improve, automate, and scale our core analytics offerings
- Design and build self-service tools that put analytics directly in the hands of more Carrumites
- Identify patterns in recurring requests to inform investment projects, along with new opportunities for analytics-driven business impact
- Facilitate changes across people, process, and technology so analytics initiatives lead to meaningful business impact and action (i.e., change management and adoption ownership)
- Support the professional development of other BI team members
We’re excited about you because…
- 5-8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or investment banking environment preferred
- Strong experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization best practices is preferred
- Master-level expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly with Amazon Athena
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage interconnected numerical datasets
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
