Demand Generation Manager
Sales & Business Development
United States
USD 125k-125k / year + Equity
At Carrum Health, we have built a unique marketplace for specialty care with unparalleled patient experience
Since 2014, we have been rewiring a fundamentally broken healthcare system. By connecting large employers directly with the nation's top-tier providers, our platform replaces a flawed fee-for-service model with one that actually works. If you are passionate about solving complex economic problems, driving systemic change in our healthcare system, and thriving in a people-first culture, we want you on our team. As a high-growth health tech company, we are seeking high-performing, exceptional talent to scale our platform and ensure that anyone in the country facing a specialty procedure has access to the life-changing Carrum benefit.
Our marketplace creates massive value for all stakeholders:
For Employers (Demand): Predictable, transparent pricing that slashes specialty care costs by up to 45% and eliminates waste
For Providers (Supply): Ability to gain market share while reducing administrative burden, empowering top-tier doctors to focus completely on delivering optimal care.
For Members (Users): A life-changing benefit with dedicated concierges, VIP access to the nation's best specialists, and little-to-no out-of-pocket costs.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to turn the audience Carrum has already built into pipeline. You will play a critical role in our success by owning the nurture, scoring, and conversion programs that move employers, benefits consultants and brokers, and health plans from first interest to a sales conversation.
Reporting to the VP of B2B Marketing, you will own demand generation execution end to end in Marketo and Salesforce, work hand in hand with Sales to convert open opportunities, and show with data what is working. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who is as comfortable building a nurture track as they are reading a funnel report.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...
Own the strategy and execution of email nurture programs and multi-channel campaigns that move contacts from awareness to a sales-ready conversation, with a focus on converting open pipeline and re-engaging stalled opportunities.
Build, test, and manage campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, including email sends, nurture tracks, and triggered programs tied to events, webinars, and content.
Own lead scoring, routing, and the handoff between Marketing and Sales, and keep service-level expectations clear and measured.
Build audience segments by buyer type, account, and engagement so every program speaks to the right employer, consultant, or health plan contact.
Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to prioritize accounts, align follow-up to campaign activity, and close the loop on lead quality.
Run structured tests on messaging, offers, cadence, and channels, and apply what you learn.
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on funnel conversion, campaign performance, and pipeline influence, and benchmark results quarterly for marketing leadership.
Manage third-party partners that support demand generation, such as content syndication and data providers, and hold them to clear performance standards.
Keep the database healthy through de-duplication, enrichment, and list hygiene.
We’re excited about you because…
-
You bring a strong background in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, with a track record of owning a workstream and tying campaigns to pipeline and revenue.
We hope to see from you:
5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations experience, healthcare, benefits, or high-growth technology companies preferred.
Strong skills in Marketo (building programs, scoring models, and lead flows) and Salesforce (campaigns and lead, contact, and opportunity objects).
Experience tying campaign activity to pipeline, with comfort in funnel analytics and reporting.
Experience partnering with Sales and other functions on shared goals, and a collaborative approach to working with Marketing Operations, Events, Content, and Sales Enablement.
Familiarity with Zoom Webinars, Asana or similar project management tools, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Strong writing skills for both internal briefing and external marketing.
An entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset: we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Why you’ll love working with us...
We’re a hard-working, humble, and compassionate group motivated to solve the hard problems in healthcare today. You’ll work with talented, experienced co-workers from companies like Booz & Company, Teladoc, Hinge Health, Accolade, Angi, and Optum.
