Catalant is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to work in its Boston office (Hybrid). You’re the right candidate if you’re intellectually-curious, tech-savvy and enjoy creating, as well as maintaining, order. You’ll be joining a growing marketing team focused on a strategic shift. You are the first hire to support the transition to help your colleagues focus on their core responsibilities. This is an early-career opportunity to shape your role and write your career narrative. You’ll be joining a team where there are no bad ideas, just starting points for inspiration. Maybe you haven’t done all the roles and responsibilities listed below, the most critical factor is that “you can figure it out” both through research and asking the right questions.
What you'll do
- Marketing Automation – Serve as the Marketing Automation administrator (Marketo). Build campaigns, emails, and forms, maintain the database, and mine for data. Ensure that the team is making the most optimal use of the tool in its overarching campaigns.
- Tech Stack Administration – Help the team drive efficiencies using the current MarTech stack. Help us optimize our ways of working through technology, stay current on “what’s out there” and help your team make the most of it. This includes how the team uses AI.
- Brand Administration – Ensure branding assets are centralized, conduct audits for branding best practices for both the verbal and the visual identity.
- Metrics and Measurement – Collect, track and report on social engagement, lead generation initiatives, event ROI, and web traffic data. Data mine insights from CRM and expert platform.
- Market Research – Help the marketing team make informed decisions by conducting marketing research such as competitor analysis, weekly marketing briefs, etc.
- Internal and External Asset Management – Support marketing campaigns and initiatives by creating and updating web pages, decks, articles, and more and distributing and maintaining those assets across the organization and/or via our external channels.
- Create/Maintain Order – Help craft better ways of working. Broadly, ensure that information is collected, centralized and maintained. Take meeting notes and help keep our project management tools on track. Help with invoice processing and tracking spending.
- Contribute – Share your ideas and help build on the ideas of others. Help support the other functions by assisting with other duties to help the team up its game. Look for opportunities to put your special gifts (everyone has them) to use.
- Field Marketing Support – Support event programs by building and managing Marketo campaigns, tracking registrations, and partnering with the Events team lead on planning and logistics as needed.
