We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in the design process. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Responsibilities:

• Execute designs for marketing channels including digital, collateral, presentations, website, videos, email campaigns, and event materials to support various marketing initiatives and reinforce the brand.

• Provide final files for print and web, knowledge of optimal format to use based on the particular application

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects

• Manage and design projects from beginning to end with excellent communication and project management skills

• Stay up-to-date on design trends and new technologies

• Contribute new ideas and provide innovative design solutions in support of objectives and initiatives

• Maintain an organized content library

Job Requirements:

• Degree required in Graphic Design or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Intermediate to Advanced skills in designing for PowerPoint

• Ability to adapt quickly to direct and constructive feedback

• Ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly within a fast-paced setting

• Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail

• Knowledge of web design best practices a plus

• Experience with video editing is a plus
