Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely within the Talent Acquisition team to source, identify and recruit hourly talent in a distributed environment. Key factors will be the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced data driven environment as well as driving quality recruitment with a focus on retention.
Essential Duties:
? Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by creating and posting open requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing interview logistics.
? Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
? Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
? Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
? Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
? Collaborate with Vice President of HR and the HR Team to implement key workforce diversity recruiting strategies
? Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Job Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, and multitask while effectively communicating, planning, and organizing - all with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
