Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media

As a Paid Media Manager at City Innovate, you will be a vital part of our Growth Marketing team, responsible for managing our paid media marketing mix to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing paid media campaigns across various channels, collaborating with agency and vendor partners, and experimenting with new channels to drive business growth.
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with City Innovate's growth goals and target audience, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) channels such as LinkedIn, search, and other social platforms.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and budget constraints.
- Vendor and Agency Collaboration: Work closely with vendor and agency partners to ensure successful campaign execution, while also evaluating their performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and identify new channels and strategies to test and optimize for enhanced ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing analytics, creative, and product, to ensure cohesive and data-driven marketing efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage deep analytics skills to track and measure the performance of paid media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media management, especially in ABM channels.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media strategies, including experience in campaign optimization.
- Deep analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to drive performance improvements. Understanding of various attribution models and incrementality, and how to use these inputs to validate channel and tactical wins across of our paid media portfolio.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising. Proficiency with analytics tools.
- Strong project management and vendor/agency management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a focus on innovative and data-driven marketing solutions.
- Background in Saas and/or government is a plus.
