About The Role

Graphika is expanding its team to meet the increasing demand for our bespoke Telescope intelligence offering and our new always-on intelligence solution, Atlas. We’re looking for a unique hybrid talent—someone who understands the nuance of open-source intelligence (OSINT), has a strong commercial instinct, and can act as a dynamic spokesperson for our mission and products.

This role will combine strategic marketing, sales, and OSINT investigation skills to bring our technical intelligence solutions to life for commercial and government clients. You’ll shape product collateral and service materials, support high-value sales engagements, and facilitate insights reports and events to raise awareness for our products.

Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as an external representative of Graphika across commercial, government, and public-facing settings, including industry events, panels, and client briefings
• Leverage OSINT knowledge and familiarity with information ecosystems to articulate how Graphika’s solutions solve real-world challenges in marketing collateral, customer success materials, and sales conversations
• Support media requests through analysis, interviews, or data
• Identify and author new reports leveraging Graphika’s intelligence to raise awareness of Graphika’s capabilities and expertise
• Build and deliver custom product demonstrations and tailored presentations to showcase Graphika's intelligence and capabilities for partners and clients
• Maintain a steady feedback loop to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Intelligence) to reflect client needs and industry trends
• Guide product trials and evaluations, aligning client feedback with internal roadmap discussions
• Execute quick-turn intelligence requests for potential and existing clients using Graphika data and available research

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Naturally curious about geopolitics, information warfare, digital influence campaigns, or network mapping—ideally with familiarity in OSINT tools or intelligence analysis
• A commercially-minded communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats spanning research, marketing, product, and more.
• A polished, articulate speaker with a strong Zoom and in-person presence, able to adapt messaging for executive, technical, and public audiences
• Experienced in writing OSINT reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure where needed, and thriving in high-growth environments
• Tech-forward and familiar with platforms like Zoom, Slack, etc.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role within a tech or intelligence environment
• Strong report writing and proposal writing capabilities
• A background or demonstrated interest in OSINT, cybersecurity, or disinformation research is highly preferred
• Experience representing an organization publicly through speaking engagements, panels, or media appearances is a plus
