The Mission
Graphika is building an AI World Model of the information environment. Our platform continuously models online communities, influence networks, and narrative dynamics to help organizations understand and navigate complex online issues with real-world impact.
We are looking for an AI/Product Experience Lead to shape how users interact with our World Model and the AI agents built on top of it — translating high-precision intelligence into intuitive, decision-ready experiences.
This is a high-leverage "Player-Lead" role for a mid-level expert who views AI as the ultimate tool for making sense of complexity. You will be the primary architect of how users interact with, query, and trust AI-driven insights derived from Graphika’s World Model.
The Core Mandate: Translating our World Model into Actionable Intelligence
- From Nodes to Narrative: Own the evolution from complex node-link diagrams and analytic dashboards to agent-driven interfaces and reporting. You will lead the shift toward natural-language systems that allow users to interact directly with the World Model and receive synthesized, high-integrity intelligence.
- AI-Native Experience Design: Move beyond static dashboards. You will design and validate how AI tools not just query data but also deliver intelligence about how a community is shifting, how a narrative is spreading, and what this all means for decision-makers.
- High-Velocity Product Ownership: You are the execution engine. You own the roadmap, the Figma files, and the PRDs. You will translate advanced graph science and world-model concepts into clear, engineering-ready specifications that ship fast.
How You’ll Execute
This role operates in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment. You will be expected to make judgment calls with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and help define best practices as we build new categories of product experience.
- Velocity as a North Star: You are deeply execution-oriented and focused on throughput. You do not just manage a backlog; you continuously improve how product and engineering work together, measuring success through delivery velocity, deployment cadence, and time-to-value for new agent-driven intelligence.
- Shipping the Interface: You design and ship. From low-fidelity logic flows to high-fidelity, production-ready designs, you focus on information density and legibility. The core challenge you solve is how to translate complex world-model insights and network structures into clear, concise, decision-ready AI summaries.
- Engineering Synergy: You operate as a product peer to the engineering team. You work closely with engineers to address the real UX challenges of AI systems, including latency, uncertainty, explainability, and failure modes, all within the context of Graphika’s structured world-model data.
- Designing for Trust and Verification: You build experiences that make AI outputs understandable and verifiable. Users must be able to trace agent-generated insights back to underlying world-model structures and evidence, ensuring transparency, confidence, and a strong human-in-the-loop workflow.
The AI-Maximalist Profile
- Experience: You bring 4–7 years of experience in product and design and have mastered the fundamentals of modern SaaS. You are now deeply focused on how generative AI collapses the distance between complex data and human understanding.
- Domain Curiosity: You are energized, not intimidated, by graph intelligence and complex systems. You understand that applying AI to specialized, relational data is fundamentally harder—and more valuable—than building generic AI experiences.
- AI-Native Tooling: You work AI-first. You use cutting-edge generative AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototype interactions, draft product documentation, and pressure-test ideas. AI is part of your daily workflow, not a novelty.
- Visual and Interaction Rigor: You have a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, information design, and data-driven storytelling. You know that when AI does more of the cognitive work, interfaces must be clearer, faster, and more intuitive than ever.
Why Graphika?
We are not putting a chatbot on top of data. We are building an AI World Model of the information environment and the agent-driven experiences that make it usable for everyday enterprise decisions.
At Graphika, you will work across an unusually wide range of clients and use cases, from entertainment and consumer platforms to financial institutions and national security, designing agent-driven experiences that remain precise, intuitive, and trustworthy regardless of domain. You will have the autonomy to shape how users interact with world-model-powered intelligence, building products relied on by leading enterprises and governments to navigate high-stakes, real-world issues.
