Position: Executive Assistant (Sales Leader)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Sales Leader in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic team setting. What you’ll do:

Calendar Management:

  • Efficiently manage the Sales Leader's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are prepared in advance.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Leader, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.

  • Facilitate seamless communication within the sales team and across departments.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.

  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing projects and initiatives, tracking deadlines and milestones.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Support Sales Initiatives:

  • Provide logistical support for sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.

  • Assist in preparing materials and information necessary for sales meetings and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or equivalent

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a sales team and/or sales executive.

  • Experience working in a high growth startup environment or similar.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate needs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

Pay: $80-85k
