Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Process weekly invoices and payables through QuickBooks Online Sync
• Reconcile weekly invoicing and payables with the ISD platform
• Oversee Accounts Payable:
  • Obtain necessary approvals
  • Code and Entry into QuickBooks
  • Manage company credit card reconciliation
• Assist in Cash Disbursement / Cash Management processes:
  • Facilitate timely payments to vendors via ACH / Wires as needed
  • Perform bank reconciliations
• Process and reconcile payroll
• Assist with month-end close process and subsequent balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
• Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
• Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time
