We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Business Partner to manage our Edge Program leadership training workshops held at the Novi, MI office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the 3.5-day workshop experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our leaders who travel from across the Country or Region to attend. The Program Business Partner will play a critical role in delivering a world-class program that meets the needs of our leaders and aligns with our strategic priorities.

Position is Hybrid in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all logistical aspects of the monthly leadership training workshop, including:

  • Venue management (arranging for meeting spaces, catering, and IT equipment)
  • Partnering with our Travel team to ensure all travel and accommodation arrangements for participants (including flight, hotel, and ground transportation) are taken care of
  • Administrative and personal support for all classes, meals, snacks and activities
  • Management of participant communications and confirmations
  • Full attendance in person for each week-long workshop
  • Set up and break down of the meeting room as needed

Manage all Operational aspects of the monthly leadership training workshop, including:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., subject matter experts, facilitators, and trainers) to ensure a comprehensive and engaging program
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations to various audiences about the program
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program execution
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers (e.g., catering, audiovisual equipment) to ensure seamless delivery of program components
  • Manage participant data and ensure accurate tracking of attendance, evaluations, and other program metrics
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep participants informed and engaged throughout the program
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems that may arise during the program
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the program based on participant feedback and program metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs or events
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with event planning software and tools (e.g., event management platforms, travel coordination tools)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to track and analyze program metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership development or adult education
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or participant tracking tools
  • Certification in event planning or a related field (e.g., CMP, PMP)
