Pay: $16.00 -$17.50

Join our team and play a key role in protecting our people, property, and products. As a Warehouse Asset Protection Associate, you will help ensure the safety and security of our facility, employees, and visitors through active monitoring, access control, and patrol duties. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, and takes pride in maintaining a secure and compliant operation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Protect company assets and ensure the overall safety and security of the warehouse, yard, and surrounding premises.
• Check in and verify incoming and outgoing drivers, reviewing required documentation such as driver’s licenses, proof of insurance, and bills of lading.
• Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarms, to identify and report suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility on foot, including dock areas, gates, trailers, and parking lots.
• Perform trailer inspections and temperature checks to maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed security reports, logs, and documentation of incidents and investigations.
• Assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic control to ensure safe and efficient operations within the facility.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments while standing or walking for extended periods to ensure a secure and well-monitored site.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with security camera or access control systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. .

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kgs.); weight may vary depending on facility requirements.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and remaining on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range:$15.50 - $26.06
