We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mechanics, large machinery, and facility systems, who takes pride in doing quality work and following safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems that support our equipment, facility, and operations.

• Maintain and repair forklifts, conveyors, and other material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Work on large machinery, including bearings, gears, chains, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

• Inspect and troubleshoot systems, documenting your work and communicating status updates to your team.

• Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, welding gear, lifts, and torches.

• Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• 3+ year of hands-on experience in mechanical equipment, material handling, or general facility maintenance. Experience with large machinery is a strong plus.

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Able to work independently, follow safety procedures, and problem-solve effectively.

• Basic computer skills to log maintenance records.

• Good communication skills for working closely with team members across the facility.

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments, from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to warm dry storage (up to 100°F), with proper safety gear provided.

• Flexible availability, including occasional weekend shifts if needed.
