Lineage is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Business Analyst to join our team as a key contributor. The Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and configuration of various Lineage Transportation applications, along with the documentation of processes. This role requires direct collaboration with all Lineage support services and operations teams to execute ad-hoc projects, conduct analyses, and perform other business analyst-related responsibilities as assigned. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration, solutioning and problem-solving activities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the day-to-day user support through the established ticketing processes.
  • Participates in process documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the department.
  • Participate in process mapping activities for other services groups.
  • Administer, maintain and trouble shoot systems issues for all supported applications.
  • Suggest improved operational processes and system configurations that enhance capabilities in the department and the overall operation.
  • Supports organizational adherence and accountability to standard operating procedures related to all business processes.
  • Help implement proactive measures to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Be a key contributor in the development of all Lineage initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the transportation or logistics industry, in an LTL and/or TL environment.
  • Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style
  • Drive to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Embraces change and have a continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly understand, identify root issues and implement or recommend solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, conflict resolution and team building abilities.
  • Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
  • Experience with Crystal Reporting, Tableau or SQL is an asset.
