What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, building structures, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs under guidance from leadership

• Assist with refrigeration system inspections

• Maintain material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Operate power tools, welding equipment, and lifts as needed

• Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of trade school courses or some experience in building maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, Freon, CO2) is a plus

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions to complete preventative maintenance tasks

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Basic computer skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Comfortable working in a range of temperatures: -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage (company-provided protective gear supplied)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs/23 kgs or more

• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

• Some locations may require working at heights or in loud environments

Pay Range:$20.76 - $32.40
