Technical Application Lead - Connect
Lineage
Tech Leads should also have a passion for soft skills. Communication, clarity, motivation, and setting expectations will be used daily and are equally important as hard technical skills. Teams are given authority and autonomy in how to operate day-to-day within guidelines. You will work closely with the scrum master and product owner to collect feedback from the team and make decisions, so your team performs at their highest level.
As a company, Lineage builds state-of-the-art systems to make our employees productive, to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, to drive our growth, and to create a technology platform that enables Lineage to achieve its vision of transforming the food supply chain. This is a critical role in that journey, and it will require someone who has a true passion for software development in the logistics space.

- Collaborate across the organization: Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to align architecture decisions with strategic goals.
- Continuous improvement: Receive and provide actionable feedback to improve quality, coding standards, maintainability, and delivery velocity.
- Design, implement, and optimize React Native application used in warehouse operations.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive a culture of excellence.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Education and Work Experience:
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise systems (7+ years software development, 3+ years in a senior role).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and relational databases like MS SQL Server (or similar languages, frameworks, and databases).
- Strong understanding of modern delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native approaches.
