Full Time | Operations & Customer Service
We are now looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Edinburgh Parks — a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our operations, customers and commercial success.
The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will help deliver a seamless, professional and solutions-focused experience. This is more than just answering calls — you will create trusted relationships, solve problems proactively and work closely with operations, transport and logistics teams to ensure we deliver on our commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the primary contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution
Coordinating closely with site operations, transport and logistics teams
Managing customer bookings, orders and inventory enquiries
Ensuring accurate data entry across WMS/TMS and internal systems
Preparing customer reports (KPIs, billing, stock reporting)
Identifying recurring issues and helping drive process improvements
Supporting invoicing and account verification processes
Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, responsiveness, accuracy and your ability to develop productive working relationships across the site.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care or similar role (logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience highly regarded)
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Impressive problem-solving and organisational skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficient IT capability (Microsoft Office; exposure to WMS/TMS advantageous)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
