The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.

The role oversees contract hire billing, cadre management, roster planning, labour hour analysis, coordination of labour training programs, adherence to legal and compliance requirements, and extends documentation support to the Operations Department.
  • Oversee and validate contract hire billing by reviewing supplier invoices, verifying attendance and approved rates, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely submission to Finance for processing.
  • Manage manpower (cadre) planning by aligning workforce requirements with operational demands, monitoring headcount, tracking utilization, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders on staffing adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain labour-related reports, including labour hour analysis, productivity tracking, overtime monitoring, and labour cost analysis to support decision-making and cost control.
  • Handle roster planning and shift scheduling to ensure optimal manpower deployment, adequate coverage, compliance with working hour regulations, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate and support training programs to the operations leadership team, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training records.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and contractual labour requirements, including adherence to labour laws, company policies, and contract terms governing outsourced manpower.
  • Monitor contract labour documentation, attendance, and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for internal or external audits.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers on manpower planning, billing clarifications, documentation requirements, and compliance-related matters to maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide operational coordination and administrative support such as event planning, internal audits to the Operations team, including documentation handling, Cemex system updates, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labour management, billing accuracy, and compliance standards, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
