We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems and equipment that support daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and dock door equipment who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, building systems, and exterior grounds

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues throughout the facility

• Maintain and repair dock doors, dock levelers, and related warehouse equipment

• Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Assist with additional maintenance projects and facility improvements as needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate power tools, welding equipment, and cutting torches to repair or fabricate metal components

• Utilize motorized lifts and maintenance equipment as needed to perform repairs and inspections

• Support troubleshooting and repairs across multiple areas of the facility

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems

• Experience repairing and maintaining dock doors and warehouse equipment preferred

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting independently

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and communication

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively and work with team members across the facility

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance needs

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -20°F (-25°C) or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage areas while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. (may vary by facility)

• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends if needed

• Some locations may have higher noise levels

• Some facilities may require working at heights following safety procedures
