Position: Shipping and Receiving Operator
Schedule Options:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay Range: $19/hour + Shift differential (for 2nd shift)

Use forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate sit-down forklifts (single and double forks) to move product throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped

• Locate and pick requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning equipment (RF experience preferred)

• Inspect pallets and products for damages or quality issues and report findings to leadership

• Pack, stage, and label materials/pallets for shipping while verifying counts and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the end of each shift

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment as needed

• Support overall warehouse operations and team objectives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to operate or learn sit-down forklifts (single and double)

• Ability to read, interpret, and scan pallet identification numbers accurately

• Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments (as low as -20°F) with company-provided PPE and freezer gear

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (may vary by facility)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels

PAY

• Starting around $19/hour, with the potential for more based on experience
