We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our Product Management – Warehouse Technologies team who will focus on our Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. The WMS is foundational component to operating Lineage’s warehouses. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for engaging with a wide variety of business stakeholders to understand their business problems and needs to translate them into functional requirements. You will work with Product Managers to analyze and prioritize the most valuable innovations that align to our enterprise strategic goals. You are a self-starter driven by curiosity and a passion to improve business execution and decision-making through technology.

Duties and Responsibilities
Problem Definition, Refinement, Prioritization
Prioritizes the needs / incoming requests of stakeholders while considering value, scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and time
Prioritizes user stories to deliver the highest value each sprint and ensure that OKRs and deliverable timelines are met
Create product requirement documentation that clearly articulates the problem to be solved, constraints, and desired outcome and subsequently maintains it with additions, amendments, and removals of functionality
Defines and clearly articulates problem statements and acceptance criteria (business requirements) for each Epic and User Story
Defines the vision and objectives with metrics for each sprint
Plans upcoming work and supports team capacity for quarterly forecasting
Backlog Management & Agile Ceremonies
Creates, updates, and removes epics and/or user stories in the product backlog
Maps dependencies between initiatives, epics and stories
Participates in sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Reviews and signs off on completed user stories and epics
Approves transition to build and release phases within the product lifecycle
Plans functional demos with stakeholders as needed
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborates with engineers to:
answer questions and make connections, while clearly explaining the purpose, problem statement and requirements
estimate/size each user story
define high-level solution approaches for stakeholder needs and data-driven explorations
Anticipates the needs of key stakeholders by maintaining a deep understanding of what they do and want
Communicates expectations and gains buy in from stakeholders
Communicate and inform Delivery team partners status of development progress
Create communications to stakeholders about product releases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field
2+ years previous experience as a product owner or business analyst
Domain knowledge in logistics or supply chain
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and deliver results to a non-technical audience
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, technical understanding of products and up to date on industry standards and best practices
Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
Close attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard
Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible and fast-changing high growth environment
Ability to travel 25% of the time for warehouse visits & learnings, planning events, and design sessions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), process diagram tools, and/or WMS applications is a plus
Experience with SQL and Database Management Systems
Experience with KPI development and analysis
