We’re looking for a highly organised Facilities Administrator to support our national Facilities & Engineering team. This is a critical role ensuring maintenance operations run smoothly behind the scenes—through accurate admin, financial processing and contractor coordination.
This is a Mon-Fri, 7am to 3pm position.

What you’ll be responsible for
Raising purchase orders and receipting in a timely manner
Processing invoices and following up with Finance where required
Maintaining accurate contractor records (insurances, permits, inductions, compliance docs)
Supporting Capex tracking and facilities budgets
Assisting with reporting and administrative support for the Facilities team
Ensuring all documentation and records are up to date and audit-ready
Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and external contractors
What we’re looking for
Extensive experience in an administrative role
Proven experience raising PO’s and processing invoices (essential)
Proficient data entry and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
Impressive organisational and time management skills
Highly regarded
Experience in facilities, maintenance or logistics environments
Exposure to contractor management/compliance documentation
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, reporting)
Experience with systems such as WMS, TMS or finance systems
