Operate specialized turret equipment to efficiently pick, move, and position full pallets of product within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ensure accurate staging, storage, and put-away of materials while consistently adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Play a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and high-performing operation through precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.What You’ll Do
- Accurately pick orders by labeling all boxes, pallets, bins, and packages with order number, receiver name, and case quantity
- Identify and escalate any ticket discrepancies promptly to the appropriate leader
- Complete order picking efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
- Support warehouse flow by assisting with freight movement and product location after order completion
- Inspect pallets during use and report any damage to a supervisor immediately
- Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required maintenance checklists
- Monitor battery levels and ensure proper charging, cleaning, and storage of all material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all time
Ways You’ll Contribute Beyond the Role
- Operate and assist with various warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain productivity standards
What You Bring to the Team
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in the designated language of the facility
- Comfortable working in extreme temperature environments, ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while using company-provided protective gear
- Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs consistently (may vary by facility)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, which may be loud at times
