Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter to join our European team and support with permanent recruitment.

Job Summary

This role will initially cover a smaller region of sites with the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibilities in the future. This is a hybrid role with a mixture of home working and working from our sites in the Benelux. You will have a big influence in how much you travel and your main office will be Bergen op Zoom. You will be responsible for providing high quality, end to end recruitment service, from taking hiring manager briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, through to onboarding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will support hiring managers in developing their recruitment needs and work in partnership to help us attract; but also retain talent by helping to identify right fit employees for a variety of roles including warehouse operatives, customer service, drivers, maintenance engineers, Warehouse Managers and more.

• Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that build top talent pipeline and enable meeting current and forecasted regional needs

• You will play a critical role in developing our employer brand by making sure that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality recruitment service.

What are we looking for?

• Be comfortable in generating candidates for sometimes hard to fill positions

• Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Screen candidates to ensure we are introducing great candidates that is a culture fit to our business

• Have worked with recruitment systems (such as workday)

• Be able to create and maintain various reports relating to the recruitment process

• Due to the nature of roles you will be recruiting for its essential that you are able to speak Dutch and English to a professional standard.

• Ability to work remotely and be self-driven to complete tasks without supervision
