Manage customer relationships and new business through prospect engagement. Collaborate with local sales, operations, and other functions to enhance revenue growth, account profitability, maintenance, and customer satisfaction among assigned key accounts.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet annual sales goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain collaborative customer relationships to drive customer specific goals and objectives
  • Manage revenue and growth of assigned key accounts
  • Generate ongoing monthly data analysis of opportunities, rates, and profitability
  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape to drive prospect proposals and decision-making
  • Create innovative solutions for new business opportunities and customer-specific needs
  • Focus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other Business Development leaders and departments on the integration of new and existing customers
  • Maintain appropriate information for key accounts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Account Management, or related field; or equivalent training in Business or Account Management
  • 1-year progressive warehouse or account management environment experience
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics industry
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational agility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
