National Key Account Manager - VIC

The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a talented National Key Account Manager to join our team here in Victoria.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Australia, the focus of your role will be the development of long-term customer relationships with assigned customers, with the aim to sustainably improve share of wallet growth (measured by revenue, EBITA targets).
This will be achieved by implementing best in class account management standards and delivery of supply chain logistics solutions and services to customers.
This role has a strong focus on delivering value added solutions in addition to maintaining full warehouse utilisation and promoting Lineage as an Integrated Solution provider (including domestic transportation). The role acts as Voice of Customer in Lineage and is designed to link Customer requirements with Lineage service offerings. Close coordination with internal parties is key to success.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Being the Voice of Customer at Lineage
Implementation and maintenance of account management standards including ADP’s, regular customer meeting cadence, KPI reporting, Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Revenue and EBITA targets as agreed, including the focus on cross-selling / share of wallet growth.
Improvements in NPS YoY
Identification and implementation of ESG focused initiatives for assigned accounts.
Accurate and timely use of Lineage CRM systems
Develop self to meet both career and organisational goals, apply diverse skills and perspective to achieve common goals (through 1:1’s and development discussions)
Follow practices and procedures regarding Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), HACCP and Approved Arrangement guidelines whilst also ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.
Key skills and experience should ideally include:
Extensive experience in account management or a similar role (Supply Chain industry experience is preferable)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and empathy abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
Metrics and reporting experience, linked to Continuous Improvement drive
