Do you have a knack for ensuring timely payments to our suppliers and enjoy working in a fast-growing, international company? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the AP team at our Benelux Shared Service Center in Vlissingen.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices in the financial administration

• Timely booking of bank statements, including allocating payments/receipts to creditors and debtors respectively

• Assisting in the integration of new companies and striving for a consistent way of working

• Handling reminders and requests from suppliers

• Providing documents and information to external and/or internal accountants

Who are you?

• MBO level of education;

• Several years of experience in Accounts Payable;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

You always work meticulously and methodically. You are an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn colleague and someone who takes initiative. You work well independently, but you also thrive in a team environment. You can express yourself well in English, both in writing and verbally.
