The Asia Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore, employing nearly 3000 employees.
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Facilities Administrator to join the team at our Hemmant facility in Brisbane.
The key purpose of your role will be to support administration tasks for the Facilities Management team on a national level.
You will be joining and experience and collaborative team who are responsible for the maintenance of our facilities across Australia.
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Support the Facilities team with administration tasks nationally.
Ensure PO’s are raised and receipted in a timely manner.
Ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. If unpaid, follow up with the Finance team.
Ensure Contractor files are up to date (JSA’s, insurances, induction, permits, contractor register etc.).
Ensure Capex budgets are tracked.
Assist with monthly reporting where required.
Your background and experience should ideally include:
Significant experience in a similar administrative position within the supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry.
Experience with raising PO’s and processing invoices.
Experience with supporting all administration tasks for a team.
Excellent data entry and processing skills.
Impressive customer service, problem solving and influencing skills.
Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS).
