Serve as the Assistant Administrator who will fully support the business operations in completing administration and associated functions.
We are seeking an assistant operations administrator to support the operation administrator to ensure the Kerepehi operations has effective processing of documentation and support to the operations team to maintain the highest level of service to Lineage's customers.
You will need to be self-mortivated, with excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- commitment to the Lineage core values of Safety, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold and Servant Leadership
- looking after Lineage's customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of service to our clients.
- Daily keying in of orders for customers – outbound and inbound
- Processing completion of paperwork for customers – Document Control
- Support to the Operations and Warehouse teams when required.
- Action client daily and weekly reporting requirement in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining stock and inventory control for all customers.
- Process purchase orders in the company electronic accounting system
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 plus years’ experience in a similar role, would be an advantage.
- Logistics experience would be preferred
- Knowledge of processes and inventory control management
- Knowledge of MPI import/export requirements
- Proven customer service.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
