Provide functional support of all human resources activities, including the administration of policies and procedures for assigned facility. Serve as a strategic partner to local site leadership to drive business performance, and improvement in talent and performance management, retention, and workforce planning.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.

  • Understand business objectives and challenges to provide strategic HR guidance.

  • Align HR initiatives with business strategies to drive performance and growth.

  • Foster a culture of trust and collaboration by building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

  • Facilitate open communication and provide support to address employee concerns and conflicts.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify team development needs and create tailored training programs.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance team dynamics, improve collaboration, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Support managers in developing their teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention.

  • Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and execute action plans based on feedback to enhance the employee experience.

  • Lead HR-related change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

  • Develop communication plans and provide support to employees during periods of change.

  • Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Mitigate HR-related risks by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal requirements.

  • Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field; or relevant human resources training or certifications

  • 1-year progressive Human Resources or related field experience

  • Basic HR legal and compliance knowledge

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle ambiguity

  • Proven ability to lead high-functional teams

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
