  • Supporting resourcing activities inclusive of arranging medical checks, reference checking, internal and external advertising, supporting talent acquisition and managers in shortlisting resumes.

  • Maintaining HR data and information on employee files and HRIS, including filing of all appropriate correspondence.

  • Updating HR dashboards on team members based in Australia and also Asia Pac HR reports on request

Your ability to gather, source and interpret organisational data to support the continuous improvement of processes will be just as impressive as your familiarity with general payroll practices and processes.

Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or Commerce, you will also be able to demonstrate exceptional MS Office knowledge and proficiency and ideally some basic experience of managing employee relations and/or Australian workplace legislation (FWA, NES, Awards, Enterprise Agreements etc.)

You'll also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and collaborative team as well as developing productive relationships across all functions of the business.

What's exciting about this opportunity?

As a values-based organisation, you can look forward to contributing to a culture of respect, safety and innovation. We're on an exciting journey of growth and change and welcome applications from individuals who want to have a positive impact on engagement, ways of working and career development.
