The role is responsible for monitors and manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate updates in the inventory system (WMS). Conducting regular audits and cycle counts, process inventory orders, resolve discrepancies, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and storage. Enforcing health and safety standards and food safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Discuss daily operations with warehouse executives
• Communicate operational plans with executives, supervisors and team members
• Maintain high efficiency in order picking processes.
• Monitor the accuracy of order picking, loading, and unloading operations
• Work to reduce truck waiting times
• Properly maintain the warehouse management system
• Allocate employees at the start of shifts and manage their departure at the end of shifts
• Ensure products are placed in correct locations and rooms, monitoring remaining pallets and quantities
• Ensure warehouse rooms and loading/unloading doors are closed properly and update the system accordingly
• Handle the absence of reach truck operators and crew members.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dock areas and annex areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in warehouse rooms
• Monitor staff PPE compliance inside the warehouse
• Oversee loading and unloading staff's PPE adherence
• Monitor truck helpers' PPE compliance within warehouse areas
• Follow and monitor compliance with company health and safety guidelines
• Ensure visitors within the warehouse comply with PPE standards
• Be overall responsible for the warehouse and dock areas during the shift
