SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

This is a 12 month fixed term role, to assist with the onboarding of new customers/contracts and ensure data integrity/accuracy in WMS & Salesforce systems.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator who can assist with customer onboarding for new customers/contracts across New Zealand, answer customer queries relating to invoicing/charging, and support in collating and analysing data for proposals and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all rates and charges are correctly recorded in all relevant invoicing/WMS systems.

• Support the rate alignment process by aligning the rates structure in WMS (MP & PX) and working with customer captains to track master data validation to ensure data structure supports the rates structure on billing cards.

• Conduct revenue-at-risk audits focusing on customers with nonstandard or variable charging structures (e.g., charged by Carton/Frame/Pallet/Kg).

• Support the Business Development Manager in developing and delivering customer captain training across the NZ network.

• Assist in the preparation of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for ongoing customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and coordination experience (ideally 3+ years) in BD / Sales type roles (ideally with the logistics industry).

• An ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, combined with the ability to work under pressure.

• Experience working with warehouse management systems

• Experience working with a BD / Sales system (ideally Salesforce)
