We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operations and responsibilities of our warehouse team and facility. This role involves collaborating with Operations leadership to ensure that company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met.

3rd Shift- Sunday- Thursday, 5:00pm- 5:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the warehouse team, providing performance feedback and assigning duties to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, organization of merchandise, and inventory maintenance.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of job assignments while keeping accurate records.
• Track and report warehouse activities, including sales and inventory control, to ensure product availability.

Additional Duties

• Operate machinery and material handling equipment as needed.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across all levels of the organization.
• Complete assigned projects as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management in environments involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, while wearing required protective equipment.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs; weight requirements may vary by facility.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
• Comfortable in a noisy environment.
