Driver Debriefer Position Details.

As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now inviting applications from current Lineage Team Members for the role of Driver Debriefer to join our team at Edinburgh Park in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will operate the brief/debrief desk, managing any driver or delivery issues that may develop during the shift.

With a focus on ensuring outstanding customer service, your role will also incorporate ensuring the correct paperwork, including POD's, Pallet Dockets, and Return Freight is completed at the end of every shift.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• De-briefing drivers once they have returned to the transport office following route drops.

• Processing the documentation for the drivers

• Obtaining the POD's and carrying out high volume order entry.

• You will require a good eye for detail and strong communication skills with basic excel skills.

• Daily POD Administration

• Daily returns and capturing of Manifests

• Assisting the Pallet Controller

• Assisting in Pallet paperwork and data entry into CHEP/LOSCAM

• Ensure that all consignments (inbound/outbound) are captured immediately upon receipt

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).

• Qualifications/Experience in Transport and Logistics or equivalent.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
