Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and virtually monitor warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow.
• Optimize system capacity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Track system performance, minimize downtime, and implement improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for complex control system issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to establish best practices for automated warehouse operations.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse facility.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to adapt to varying noise levels in a busy warehouse setting.
