What You’ll Do:
Under the guidance of skilled leadership, you'll receive hands-on training to:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on facility equipment, building systems, and exterior grounds

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance on automated equipment (sensors, switches, etc.)

• Support inspections and basic maintenance of refrigeration systems

• Help maintain material handling equipment according to safety and manufacturer guidelines

• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

You’ll Also Have the Opportunity To:

• Learn to safely operate power tools, welding equipment, and motorized lift gear

• Work with experienced technicians to gain valuable knowledge across mechanical systems

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of trade school courses or some experience in building, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance is a plus—but not required

• Eagerness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team

• Ability to safely operate tools and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills and the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented

• Willingness to work in a variety of environments—from cold storage to dry areas

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if needed

• Comfortable with varying noise levels and working at height (at some locations)

Pay Range:$17.45 - $29.47
