Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during the 2nd shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity

• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipping operations

• Plan and manage staffing schedules, job assignments, and workload priorities

• Monitor workflow, maintain accurate inventory records, and support automated systems

• Report daily and weekly operational activity to site leadership

• Support purchasing, sales tracking, and other warehouse functions

• Operate material handling equipment and assist with equipment troubleshooting as needed

• Address employee concerns and maintain strong communication within the team

• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends and holidays as required

• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment ranging from -20°F to 100°F (with PPE)

• Capability to lift 40 lbs. or more, depending on operational needs
