General Duties

· Support multiple business operations daily for planning production process flow, and order drop management systems.

o This often will include collaborating firsthand and assessing with customers' Warehouse Admins or Atlas Support teams by compiling and reviewing Atlas data utilizing Excel, PowerShell, and Visual Basics.

o Monitor and create Atlas, and GFCS reports daily and send them to Operation Managers for their review and/or analysis of inventory, orders, trailers, item disbursement, and appointments.

o Reviewing customers’ orders against specific DC inventory and identifying low inventory, item pallet dimension issues, and excessive or discontinued items ordered by stores or clubs.

o Point out issues with various full pull item movements and adjust the order items to avoid a lack of inventory flow from the designated warehouse.

o Ensuring successful billing production kickoff at DC 4020; 364 days out of the year.

o Manage an immense number of inbound daily emails from various customers or DC points of contacts that request support or resolution on various issues.

· Supervise and develop 7+ system associates by assigning responsibilities daily, weekly, and monthly duties. In conjunction with coordinating equipment or production workloads by monitoring each team member's daily performance and providing positive Lean feedback, process training, or supporting any procedural questions.

· Manage an immense number of inbound daily emails from various customers or DC points of contact that request support or resolution on issues.

· Work closely with cross-functional managers and/or leads within each of the warehouse floor operations, and support departments advising on daily operational issues, projects, upgrades, or new required system processes for our customer demands.

· Work daily with the System team to drive alignment on production timelines, equipment in stocks, and network projects, including the day-to-day management, and issue resolution for open application or network tickets for DC 4020.

· Build productive and positive relationships daily at DC 4020 including the Sam’s organization at all levels to drive influence for 3PL business.

o Communicate daily with Sam’s Warehouse Admins to support Store and/or Club levels of product in-stock matters.

o Correspond with Sam’s Transportation and Fleet Carriers personnel weekly to maintain the product in transit flow from DC to all the stores or clubs.

o Attend multiple conference calls for Sam’s management weekly to support different requirements and changes for each of the sites, always ensuring Lineage Management is communicated to promptly, and aware of any new operational processes or upcoming network or system upgrades.

· Organize and coordinate monthly Atlas, GFCS, and YMS upgrades, power outages, and network servers’ security patches.

· Support General Managers on order drop management and work closely with each of them weekly on volume capacity and workforce availability (shaving or EDF CAP).

· Communicate with different supply vendors verbally and/or via email on equipment supply chain product needs weekly for each of the warehouses for RF scan guns, radios, headsets, touchscreens, strong arm fusers, and handheld units.

· Manage systems hardware and software maintenance and installation by arranging the work to install new, replace, or add customer hardware. In addition, ensuring that the necessary repairs are progressing on existing systems hardware installs, tracking equipment inventory,

and ordering additional system components as needed for all four sites (separately due to individual P&L accounts).

· Submit Coupa warehouse supply orders and office supplies for all four sites. This includes Shipping shrink wrap, shipping and receiving printer labels, QA labels, CTO copy paper, packaging tape, safety flags, and other daily office supplies.

· Arrange upgrades and technical support for equipment repairs on Ricoh copiers for multiple departments for each site.

· Maintain quality and safety standards in systems by ensuring associates have the training on SQF training modules, and Lineage company policies, standards, and procedures within Box.

o Includes monitoring associate compliance with safety policies and practices. i.e., wearing a reflective vest, and abiding by the 5-foot rule.

· Identify associate errors, customer needs, and/or vendor supplier concerns within meetings by listening, and consulting with other warehouse managers when needed to determine warehouse corrective action to take or make recommendations to resolve an issue for the customer quickly.

· Manage and escalate system tickets for GFCS, Atlas, and YMS applications on outstanding systems problems and requesting resolution with Wal-Mart Information Systems Division (ISD) and/or Wal-Mart approved outside vendors (Honeywell, Zebra, Bearcom, and Cisco); and providing input on the continuing development of current and future systems applications from the customer.

· Always Customer Focused

o Support calls with clubs and stores on product add-ons, claims, load quality, and LOS for deliveries.

o Engaged with Fleet Carriers on inbound appointments for Sam’s deliveries.

o Work with Wal-Mart Legal on cold chain compliance carrier claims.

· Managing new hire's credentials for customers’ application for all warehouse users, approximately 100+ for DC4020.

o Creating user ids, extending the contract on 3PL user ids yearly for each team member, providing additional role access to specific user ids, evaluating compliance protocols on most management user ids, and processing terminated user ids.

· Quarterly Systems Compliance Review, work with Systems Leads each month on an internal comprehensive audit review of our systems department's adherence to customer guidelines on the production process, hardware and network maintenance, warehouse equipment checks in and out process, fulfillment reports, cable management, office layouts, and yard access points, (approximately 60 questions per SCR for each site).

o Includes daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance logs for all on-site equipment.

· Prepare for yearly Systems Corporate Audit Review with Wal-Mart Divisional Systems Manager in October.

o Review quarterly internal audits with Leads and correct any process or preventive spreadsheet for each site individually with an action plan.

o Correct and improve any areas that do not meet the expected compliance per SCR guidelines.

o Audit office layouts, hardware placement, and cable management for each site's audit.

o Making certain warehouse equipment compliance by warehouse associates is followed.

o Ensure production billing processes are up to par per Wal-Mart/Sam’s daily corporate process schedule.

· Plan and arrange warehouse operations on holiday changes to the workforce, order demand, store and or club delivery days, and specific item movement flows for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Other qualifications:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the systems team, including being available on weekends and holidays to monitor operations remotely.

· It must be flexible to be available 24/7 for any systems related issue or department related issue.

· Candidates should be able to solve problems, communicate and be open to continuously learning in this role.

Pay Range:$83,700.00 - $150,700.00
