Team Manager opportunity at Lineage Laverton

As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are looking to appoint an experienced Team Manager to join our team at our retail facility in Laverton.

The Team Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the team are operating in a safe and collaborative manner. Team Managers at Lineage champion our values of safety, trust, respect and servant leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and manage a team across inbound, production and outbound operations.

  • Ensure the site operates in a safe, compliant, cost-efficient and customer-focused manner.

  • Champion Lineage’s core values of safety, trust, respect and servant leadership.

  • Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and structured development plans.

  • Drive continuous improvement, efficient labour planning and KPI achievement.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships — from customers to suppliers to internal business units.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in a logistics, warehousing or transport leadership roles.

  • A background in retail logistics or FMCG, ideally in a multi-temperature distribution centre.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport/route distribution and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and energise teams toward shared goals.

  • Comfortable working with data, labour cost models, KPIs and operational budgets.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

  • IT proficiency across Microsoft Office, WMS and TMS systems.
