Position DetailsAs we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we’re looking for a Maintenance & Contractor Coordinator to join our South Australian team and help ensure our operations run safely, efficiently and in line with our commitment to service excellence.
About The Opportunity
In this hands-on coordination role, you'll oversee contractor management and site maintenance activities across our Adelaide facilities. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure the smooth running of equipment, systems, buildings, and critical infrastructure. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring our high standards for safety, compliance, and contractor performance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all contractor activity on site
Ensure full compliance with WHS policies, contractor inductions and permit-to-work systems
Review and approve JSEAs and risk documentation for all external works
Maintain accurate records, including insurance, licenses and VOCs
Oversee preventative maintenance through MEX (or similar) CMMS software
Coordinate essential services including refrigeration, fire systems, MHE, racking and dock maintenance
Manage work requests, stock/spares and equipment fault coordination
Communicate maintenance plans and contractor activities to stakeholders and site tenants
Ensure compliance with Lineage systems and reporting requirements
What You’ll Bring
Contractor management and supervision experience
Relevant trade, engineering, or safety qualifications
Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., MEX)
Current Driver’s License
Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space certifications
Excellent communication, risk assessment, and safety-first mindset
Bonus if you have:
Experience with SCADA, Rapid, Workday, or Risktech systems
Previous experience in cold storage, logistics, or industrial maintenance
