Are you ready to take your automation and warehouse operations experience to the next level? We’re looking for an Automation Process Controller to oversee and optimize the performance of our automated warehouse systems. In this role, you’ll virtually monitor warehouse operations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with technical teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and virtually monitor warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion

• Optimize product flow to support daily operational goals

• Monitor and analyze system performance and downtime, identifying root causes and recommending improvements

• Troubleshoot complex equipment or control system issues and escalate as needed

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop best practices for automated systems

• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to maximize capacity

• Serve as the first point of escalation for advanced troubleshooting

• Train and mentor Automation Process Controller I team members

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an automated warehouse environment

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Clear and effective communication across all levels of the facility

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends if needed

• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments ranging from -20°F to 100°F

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
