We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation planning and execution for temperature-controlled shipments. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a dedicated team, optimize performance, and ensure exceptional service across the operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise, train, and support your transportation planning team to maximize efficiency and accuracy

• Assign daily responsibilities and provide regular performance feedback to drive team development

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all transportation resources and ensure timely execution of deliveries

• Monitor dispatch routes and make real-time adjustments based on customer needs, capacity, and service levels

• Manage order planning and coordination across multiple customers and geographic locations

• Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to proactively resolve issues and improve service

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience in a transportation or logistics environment

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in transportation and temperature-controlled logistics

• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transportation management systems (TMS)

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
