What You’ll Do

With guidance from experienced team leads, you’ll receive training to safely and confidently perform:

• Basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and facility equipment

• Inspections and maintenance of physical structures, refrigeration systems, and material handling equipment

• Routine tasks involving electrical sensors, switches, push buttons, and associated testing tools (at automated sites)

• General maintenance duties to support the reliability and safety of our operations

• Welding or cutting metal parts using power tools and torches (with training and supervision)

• Operating lifts and specialized equipment to inspect and maintain various systems

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with a passion for mechanical work. Ideal candidates may have:

• Completion of trade school coursework or some experience in mechanical repair, facility maintenance, or refrigeration

• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions with a positive attitude

• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Basic computer and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures (from cold storage at -20°F to dry storage up to 100°F)

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends if needed

Some locations may require working at heights and comfort with higher noise levels (PPE provided).

Pay Range:$17.45 - $29.47
