Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with site leaders to create innovative solutions, solve challenges, and foster a safe and inclusive workplace
• Implement the talent management process with a focus on coaching, development, succession, and individual development plans for site leaders
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure effective staffing strategies that keep operations fully resourced
• Educate leaders on compensation philosophy, ensuring fair and consistent pay-for-performance practices across the region
• Support investigations in partnership with senior HR leadership and drive follow-up action items to resolution
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals to continually elevate talent capabilities and teamwork
• Administer processes in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, while maintaining expertise in collective bargaining agreements
• Analyze absenteeism and turnover data to recommend and implement process improvements
• Support payroll and benefits administration at the site level, including leave management
• Communicate and implement corporate HR initiatives across assigned facilities
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field; or equivalent HR training/certification
• Minimum of 2 years union experience required
• At least 1 year of progressive HR or related field experience
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employment law basics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
• Ability to travel up to 25%
Pay Range:$78,000.00 - $123,300.00Why Lineage?
