We’re looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our facility. In this role, you’ll oversee operations including budgeting, labor planning, equipment and space utilization, safety, and customer service excellence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that people, processes, and technology work together seamlessly to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Available Shift: Sunday- 8am till done, Monday- Thursday, 12pm till done, strong need to be flexible

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and clear direction to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations—streamlining processes for receiving, shipping, inventory management, and product handling.

• Collaborate closely with sales, inventory control, and operations support teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.

• Forecast and plan labor needs in alignment with sales projections and business goals.

• Achieve and exceed company performance targets (KPIs) for cost, productivity, customer service, and team engagement.

• Champion a culture of safety by ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

• Use operational data and reports to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements.

• Partner with key departments—including Finance, HR, Sales, and Continuous Improvement—to drive success across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, guide, and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication, planning, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in varied warehouse environments—from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C)—with appropriate PPE provided.

• Physically able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg); heavier lifting may be required depending on location.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if needed.

• Comfortable working in environments with variable noise levels.

Pay Range:$68,500.00 - $123,300.00
