Available Shift: Sunday, 5:00am-2:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-6:30pm, flexibility to work Friday when needed

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet and exceed productivity, safety, and quality standards

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing crew

• Oversee day-to-day operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment

• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of assignments

• Monitor and track warehouse performance metrics, reporting results to facility leadership

• Support inventory management by overseeing sales, purchasing, and record control activities

• Partner with leadership and employees to resolve issues, foster collaboration, and maintain open communication

• Safely operate material handling equipment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills

• Ability to work in varying warehouse environments (freezer storage down to -20°F, dry storage up to 100°F) with provided PPE and gear

• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends as needed

Pay Range:$59,400.00 - $100,200.00
