As the Automation Process Controller Lead, you will oversee and guide automated warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow. You’ll take ownership of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while coaching and training team members on new systems. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll help prioritize workflow and lead by example to foster engagement, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring of automated systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow.

• Coach, mentor, and train team members on new systems, tools, and processes.

• Prioritize workflow and allocate resources effectively to optimize system capacity.

• Troubleshoot system and equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with technical teams for timely resolution.

• Track and report system performance, implementing improvement plans to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to align on priorities and maintain safety and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of computer skills and automation experience.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate others.

• Positive attitude, patience, and strong engagement in a team setting.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.
